How To Make a Complaint

How to complain about the service you get from Intserv painting & for any services we may supply.

With your help, we feel our complaints procedure can improve the services we deliver, with valid good & not so good feedback from our customers. If you wish to make a complaint about Intserv Painting or services supplied by us, please submit an email to us at Customer Services with the subject line that includes”Complaint”. Include as much detail as possible.

If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 2 working days of
submitting your complaint please call us on 01202 948905.

Intserv Painting aims to resolve complaints as rapidly as possible
within a maximum of 20 working days.
